We supply highly reliable/high volume AAC Plants, But the requirement in India is for the AAC Plant which can produce AAC Blocks from RM available in India with Minimum cost (VC+FC) per m3 of accepted production. With supply more than the requirement and beside cut-throat competition among
AAC plant Suppliers and competition from other conventional materials, It is a must that the shrinking gap between NSR & Ex- mill cost increases for survival of AAC Plants in India. The only area which new Plant suppliers should consider is to have Mixer opn- optimised for minimum RM cost per mould, minimum autoclaving cost matching with the dry density & available steam, automation with minimum human interference to reduce Fixed cost etc etc.
The cracks in building walls made with AAC Blocks are due to any of following major reasons:
1. High dry shrinkage value of Blocks - due to insufficient autoclaving, use of higher quantity of Pond ash/use of coarse Pond ash.
1. Low C/strength of Blocks and not following construction with AAC Blocks as per IS 6041.
1. Higher Dimensional variations in blocks.
1. leveling of First layer of AAC Blocks (Bottom most layer) is not maintained.
