The operation of industrial boiler includes three processes,the furnace process, the heat transfer process,the inter-boiler process.The furnace process is the process producing high temperature flame and flue gas by burning the fuel in the furnace to change the chemical energy into thermal energy.The heat transfer process is the process about that the high temperature flame and flue gas transfer the heat to the boiler water through heating surfaces.The inter-boiler process is the process outputting the steam or hot water thorough the water in the boiler absorbs heat to raise its temperature.
