a. try to purchase the same quality fuel,if the new fuel and fuel before performance parameters have
large difference,revising the burner set value may be required.
b. burning heavy oil pressure and heavy oil temperature preset point shall not be arbitrarily changed, when using the other fuel,various oil heater temperature in pipeline should be corrected.
c. when oil burning boiler room adopts the electric heating oil heaters,it should be limited to start ignition or temporary heating and should not be as frequent fuel heating equipment.
d. Indoor heavy oil tank heating temperature should not exceed 90 ℃ , heavy oil storage tanks oil heating temperature should be 5℃ lower than the local atmospheric water boiling temperature,and 10 ℃ lower than the oil flash point,taking the lower value.
e. Oil tank or indoor oil tank oil capacity is not more than 85% of its volume.
f. When using steam for heavy oil pipeline purging,purging steam pressure is preferably 0.6 ~ 1 MPa.
g. When using LPG or natural gas boiler for ignition,general pressure is 500-1 500mmH20.
